1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most of the tier1 and tier2 cities in India. Depending on our delivery partner we will provide the details on the checkout page based on the provided Pincode.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the products. These costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over 1000Rs,.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping option selected and the destination of the shipment. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-5 business days.

Please note that delivery times estimation may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or natural events.
4. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. On order shipment we will send you an email with tracking information.
Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
- Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate. FarmMoral.com is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer at the time of check-in.
- Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: If the carrier cannot deliver your package after several attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the package or the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either reshipping the item or issuing a refund whichever is appropriate.
