Return Policy

Thank you for your purchasing our products.

Hope you are happy with the purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

Please refer below mentioned points on our return policy.

All returns must be initiated within two days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original condition with original labels.

To initiate a return an item, please email customer service at contact@farmmoral.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for Refund or Exchange, After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Amount credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-7 working days. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

After 7 days, If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted/ If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@farmmoral,com.
